When a ticket arrives, Suptask's AI pulls context from Notion and suggests a ready-to-send answer — agents approve, edit, or ignore it before anything reaches the customer.
Agents can also chat with @Suptask directly in the ticket thread to query and summarise across Notion and Slack. Every AI answer cites its sources, and any content changes require explicit approval.
